These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Client Relations Consultants (CRC) business website, course website and portal, and any related services provided by us. By accessing or using our business website, and/or course website and portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.  Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance Of Terms: By accessing or using our CRC business website, course website and portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.  If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to join our GEM program.  By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all the eligibility requirements.

3. Description Of Services: Our course program website and portal provide information and resources related to business development, coaching services, and educational materials.  The content and services provided are for informational and educational purposes only.  The information provided should not be considered professional advice, and we do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from using our services or content. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that there is no guarantee of increased revenue by using our services or products.

4. User Responsibilities: When using our course program, website, or portal, you agree to:    A. Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or contacting us.    B. Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.    C. Use the website and services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.    D. Respect the intellectual property rights of others and do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.

5. Payments And Refunds: Certain services offered on our website may require payment. By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the full specified fees and any applicable taxes.  All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

By accepting these terms, you agree not to create a chargeback on your credit card for any courses or services (or portions of courses or services) purchased from CRC.

If a customer chooses the option to pay for a course or service using a payment installation plan, they will receive the full course or service only after the full payment is completed and received by CRC. If the customer does not complete the installment payment plan, they lose access to the remainder of the course and will only receive the portion of the course they have already received.

6. Guarantee: We have confidence in the GEM program, not just in the content it provides, but also in the potential return on your investment.  Our goal is to guarantee your satisfaction with the program. If you complete all 12 training modules, tailor the 12 SOPs to your business model and fully implement them in your business, attend all Q&A sessions, and can show proof that you've applied all the strategies taught in the program, we guarantee that you will see an improvement in your customer experiences and feedback 12 months from the time you start the course. If you are not happy with the program after you have applied all you learned in the program in the 12 modules, we will work with you another 4 weeks to ensure your satisfaction. Your success is our ultimate goal, and we are dedicated to providing the guidance and support you need to reach it.

7. Intellectual Property: All content and materials available on the GEM program website or course portal, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of our company or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation Of Liability: In no event shall we or our affiliates, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the GEM program website, course portal, or services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the GEM program, CRC website, or course portal, or any violation of these Terms.

10. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the GEM program website, course portal, and services at any time without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

11. Modifications To The Terms: We may update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered. Any legal actions arising out of these Terms shall be filed in the appropriate court of that jurisdiction.
